Worldwide Advertising Revenue Sharing Program
As of August 1st 2008, ZenZuu will come out of Beta and will share its global advertising revenues with its Independent Marketing Representatives using the following formula:
1)- Definition:
- a)- Independent Marketing Representative, herein referred to as “REP”, is someone who is over 18, who is legally able to do business with a U.S. company or with a company originated from a country where this person resides, who agrees to be bound by the latest Terms of Use, and the most updated Independent Marketing Representative agreement by ZenZuu.
- b)- An active “REP” is someone who logs in his/her “REP” account a minimum of 30 times a month. These log ins can be done once a day, several times a day, or within one hour.
- c)- You must be referred by a ZenZuu “REP” to become a ZenZuu “REP”. Once signed up under a ZenZuu “REP”, you become this person‘s first level downline. When you bring in a new person as a”REP” on your first level, this new person is your sponsor’s second level.
- d)- Advertising means a display of a link, or a banner from a ZenZuu site in exchange for a fee collected by ZenZuu.
- e)- Advertising revenue means actual net monetary in U.S.D. received by ZenZuu.(excluding any trade in advertising, any free ads used for promotions, any compensation received by a ZenZuu affiliate for the service rendered in order to bring the advertising account to ZenZuu, any overage in payment or refund to settle disputes, and any costs associated with it.)
- f)- Gross advertising revenue means a fee that an entity pays to display a link or a banner on the ZenZuu Site. Total advertising revenue worldwide means the entire advertising revenue from businesses from all countries that advertise in the ZenZuu site.
- g)- Net advertising revenue means actual money in U.S.D. received by Zenzuu after commission and expenses to advertising agencies, and or affiliates that produces the advertising accounts.
2)- ZenZuu Worldwide Advertising Revenue Sharing Formula:
- All qualifications below are subject to change. However, any “REP” who has achieved their status as a qualified Advertising Executive, or as a qualified Advertising Director will be “grandfathered” in subject to the maintenance of such qualification prior to changes made. Total Net Worldwide Advertising Revenue received, herein referred to as “TNWARR”. “TNWARR” times 80% = X X divided by total active “REPS”=Y (in points)Revenue share will be based on the ranking that the “REP” has earned.
- a)- Active” REP” will receive Y times 5%.
- b)- Becoming an Advertising Executive, herein referred to as “AE”. An active ”REP” who sponsors 2 active “REPS” will be called an Advertising Executive. Simply sponsor and maintain 2 active “REP” and get paid on 10 levels,( yourself and 9 levels below you).
“AE” will receive Y times 5% times the total number of active ”REPs” in his or her first level, 2nd level, 3rd level, 4th level, 5th level, 6th level, 7th level, 8th level, and the 9th level.

- c)- Get 10 active “REP” and get paid on 10 levels, yourself and 19 levels.
An active “REP” who sponsors 10 active “REPS” will be called an Advertising Director, herein referred to as “AD”.
In addition to receiving advertising revenue shares as “AE”, “AD” will receive a matching of
- d)- all “REP” on his or her 10th level’s advertising revenue share as “REP”
- e)- all “AE” on his or her 10th level’s advertising revenue share as “AE”
- f)- all “AD” on his or her 10th level’s advertising revenue share limited to “AE” level of pay.

- All points accumulated that exceed 20 will be converted to U.S.D. and will be paid out on the 15th of the following month. .
There will be a payment processing fee of 5.00 U.S.D. for each commission check or payment to “REP”. In order to receive commission payments for U.S. residents, a social security number or E.I.N. is required. For all foreign residents, an appropriate tax payer identification number for “REPS” country is required, prior to any commission payments to be processed. - What if we could earn some money, maybe HUGE money, telling people to sign up for "FREE" in a FREE "Social Network"? Imagine the example illustrated above for entertainment purposes. If X is 2 million dollars and total active ”REPs” is 2 million, Y would = 1 point and Y times 5% would = an equivalent of 5 cents(after converting to dollars). The 9th level in the example above would earn you 1,952,123 X 5 cents = 97,606,15 U.S.D
